For one of our going on project we are looking for a Data Warehouse Developer. The position is based out of Madison, WI.

Responsibilities:

 -Moderate experience in data warehousing process design, development, performance & tuning using the Informatica data warehousing tool suite.

-Developing skills in the architecture of data warehouse and data integration strategies and solutions.

-Knowledge in data warehouse best practice standards.

-Knowledge in relational data base technologies, e.g. Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.

-Moderate skills working with relational and dimensional data models.

-Moderate skills working with slowly changing dimensions.

-Strong data management and data analysis using SQL.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of meetings with customers and technical staff.

-Knowledge and skills in the project development life cycle process (i.e., planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, support).

Skills and Experience:

3 years Experience Required to Respond to customer requests (verbally and in writing).

3 years Experience Required to implementation of large complicated models and processes.

3 years Experience Required to Technical Writing and Documentation.

5 years Experience Required to Excellent oral and written communication skills.

4 years Experience Required to Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills.

3 years Experience Required to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases

3 years Experience Required to navigate and query a relational database (Oracle) to both develop reports.

3 years Experience Required to Data Warehouse design and development.

3 years Experience Required to requirements gathering for data warehouse.

3 years Experience Required to Performance tuning.

3 years Experience Required in Informatica.

4 years Experience Required to Develop design specifications.

2 years Experience Required to Knowledge of Kimball data warehouse design principals.

3 years Experience Required to Business Objects or other BI tools.

3 years Experience Required to Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Procedures.

3 years Experience Required to Identify defects.

Nice to Have:

-Demonstrated 2 years experience in the design and utilization of performance measures and reports.

-State of Wisconsin Privacy Regulations Yes

-3 years experience in Data analysis, DB2.

-2 years experience in Dashboarding/Business Objects Xcelsius.

-3 years experience to In-Depth Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Deliverables for each Phase of Development.
