Job Title: Global Compensation Analyst Job ID: 84478 Location: Dallas Texas - Remote Overview: We are seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to support the planning, design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs across multiple regions. This role plays a key part in ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices, while supporting broader organizational strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of compensation principles, and the ability to partner effectively with HR teams and business leaders. This position also contributes to strategic projects, compensation structure updates, and program enhancements. What you will be doing:
  • Develop and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures, pay-for-performance models, costing scenarios, and incentive plans.
  • Analyze organizational compensation practices and recommend adjustments to improve internal and external equity.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and independently evaluate jobs using market data and job analysis methodologies.
  • Assess and recommend solutions to issues within current compensation policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to support compensation system updates, enhancements, and implementation activities.
  • Provide guidance and technical support for compensation communications and program rollouts.
  • Advise leaders on pay levels, job evaluations, premium pay, compression issues, and other compensation matters.
  • Perform analysis to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs and model the potential impact of alternative approaches.
What you must have:
  • Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, programs, and market practices.
  • Solid understanding of compensation laws and regulations; global compliance exposure is an asset.
  • Proficiency in job analysis and job description methodology.
  • Project management capability and strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience preferred, including consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of global compensation experience preferred.
  • Experience in organizational design and job analysis is considered an asset.
