We're hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a busy Employment Office team supporting associate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoys helping others while maintaining strong attention to detail. **Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to be considered for the role **100% in office call center, NO remote/hybrid schedule Hours are from: 3pm-12am with rotating weekends (must have flexible shedule)

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to employees and associates
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:

  • Must have prior Call Center experience
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Willingness to work extended hours as business needs require
  • bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
Additional Details:

  • Interview required prior to start
  • Onsite role - must be available to work in the office full time
