Job Title: Data Modeler ( High Priority)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data models at the conceptual, logical, and physical levels.
  • Partner with business analysts, data architects, and developers to gather requirements and convert them into effective data model designs.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Use ERWin for data modeling and database design to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, integration processes, and database schemas.
  • Establish and uphold standards for data modeling, including naming conventions and metadata management protocols.
  • Enhance data structures to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Create thorough documentation for data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage to support transparency and future reuse.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data management and insurance domains.
Requirements

  • SQL & ANSI SQL

  • Proficiency in ERWin
  • Strong experience in data modeling and database design
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in building Data Warehouses
