This is a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and contribute to solving the financial and operational challenges facing clients across a range of industries.
Role Overview

As an Associate in the FAS team, you will play a critical role in executing strategic transactions and delivering high-impact advisory services. You'll work closely with senior bankers and clients to develop tailored solutions across M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and other special situations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of M&A advisory, debt and equity placements, corporate restructuring, valuation and fairness opinions, and other financial advisory engagements.
  • Build and manage detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing materials including pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations.
  • Partner with Managing Directors and senior bankers to support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in analytical work.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments, particularly within the Consumer sector.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of full-time accounting or financial advisory experience in professional services.
  • Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and transaction structuring.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
