Job Description:
Join our dedicated team as a Certified CPR Training Specialist, where you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide essential life-saving training to individuals and organizations. We are looking for a motivated professional with a robust background in CPR instruction, outstanding communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively for training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging CPR training sessions in alignment with established guidelines and curriculum.
- Assess participant performance and offer constructive feedback to help enhance their life-saving abilities.
- Keep current with the latest CPR techniques, guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Tailor training methods to accommodate the various needs and learning styles of participants.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to organize training schedules, locations, and required materials.
- Accurately maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any participant inquiries or concerns with care.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor within the past 5 years.
- Current CPR instructor certification from a recognized organization, such as the AHA.
- Strong understanding of CPR techniques, AED usage, and first aid procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for extensive travel as a full-time employee.
- Flexibility in adapting to shifting schedules and locations.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and training excellence.
