Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure quality food service.
  • Efficiently work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking on various roles such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Must be friendly and eager to help.
  • Previous operational experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, which will be at your expense.

Work Environment:

The role often involves working in high-temperatures due to kitchen environments and may require standing for long periods. Employees need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently amidst a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential.
