Our client, a manufacturing and industrial services provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Range: $22-26/hour

Shift: Mon-Thurs 8:30pm-7am

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery, warehouse systems, and building infrastructure
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Perform welding, fabrication, and installation tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various machinery and electrical systems
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
