About Our Client

We are working with a leading general contractor with a strong project pipeline, a growing office, and a focus on data center, mission critical, and manufacturing projects. Job Description
  • Superintendent efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred
  • Experience leading and assisting on data center and mission critical construction projects
  • Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
  • Success driven
  • Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
