Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting order processing, complaint management, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: High Point, NC

Pay Range: $25.16

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely order handling and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Support the order to cash process by collaborating with third-party collection agencies to resolve collection issues.

• Initiate and track product setup requests, escalating urgent requirements as needed.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.

• Enter and coordinate customer complaints, initiate credits or RMAs, and resolve issues through appropriate processes.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

• 4-5 years of experience with SAP preferred.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.

• Strong ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, SAP, and adaptable to new software applications.
