- Maintain and repair converting and corrugating equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair A/C & D/C drives, programmable controllers, and their control systems
- Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance tasks while ensuring proper completion
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Utilize maintenance software to track work and complete required paperwork
- Maximize equipment utilization to run at full capacity and speed
- Mentor other maintenance team members and share best practices
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Class B maintenance qualifications
- Own tools necessary for maintenance tasks
- Prior experience in the corrugated industry is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, factory masters, and measurements accurately
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of equipment operation
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
