Ultimate Image Printing is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company specializing in digital, offset, and large-format printing. We're passionate about quality and innovation, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, orders, issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and understanding product options.
  • Resolve complaints, delivery concerns, and order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal tools.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or client support (preferably in printing, e-commerce or creative industries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a calm and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or customer service software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in art, design, or printing industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
