Your Role as a Senior Tire Technician:
As a Senior Tire Technician, you will be essential in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position provides hands-on experience to develop the skills necessary for advanced roles within our company.

What You'll Do:

  • Install and repair tires efficiently.
  • Operate various tire machines and balancers.
  • Accurately complete work orders.
  • Maintain and organize the shop and equipment to enhance workflow.
  • Assist customers and team members as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by fulfilling customer needs.
  • Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • A service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team and follow instructions carefully.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
  • Comfortable working with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate.
  • Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonuses.
  • Paid weekly for your convenience.

Career Path:
Advance to Lube/Alignment Technician, Service Technician, Service Manager, or General Manager.
