Primary Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner
- Record information carefully and identify needed parts using the most efficient method
- Shipping and receiving duties including packaging and loading orders for delivery; ensuring quantity and quality of incoming orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses
- Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory within the parts storage areas
- Superior customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Basic computer skills
- Prior parts experience or mechanical aptitude
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Motivation to participate in continuous improvement with the department
