Area Manager - Parking Operations

Salary Range: $100,000 - $105,000; Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential

Work Modality: On-Site

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 AM- 5 PM

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Experience Needed:
  • You have operational and financial acumen
  • Your team leadership skills are exceptional
  • You have impeccable conversational and written communication skills.
  • You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with management experience in the Hospitality industry, preferrably including parking experience.
  • You are self-sufficient, resourceful, and decisive.
  • You have an exceptional way with people, and you bring extraordinary results.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive management and operational experience in hospitality, parking or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is preferred.
Skills and Abilities Needed:
  • Ability to maintain flexibility in schedule to meet operational needs.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ADP

As Area Manager - Parking Operations, you will:
  • Assist and train managers in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Oversee the customer service program at assigned locations to ensure customer and client satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain all equipment and uniform needs, including shuttle buses, signs, key boxes, tickets, cones, jackets, etc.
  • Prepare annual budget to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year.
  • Act as primary point of contact with client and maintain highest level of relationship satisfaction
  • Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.

Experiencia requerida:

  • Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia progresiva en gestión y operaciones en hospitalidad, estacionamiento o industria relacionada.
  • Se prefiere título universitario con concentración en negocios.
Habilidades y capacidades necesarias:
  • Capacidad para mantener flexibilidad en el horario para cumplir con necesidades operativas.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas, de resolución de problemas y manejo del tiempo.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales con enfoque en el cliente, y capacidad para trabajar con todos los niveles de personal.
  • Comunicación escrita y verbal excelente.
  • Habilidades informáticas sobresalientes, incluyendo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) y ADP.

Como Gerente Senior de Cuentas, usted:
  • Asistirá y capacitará a los gerentes en la gestión de quejas de clientes y problemas operativos diarios.
  • Supervisará el programa de servicio al cliente en ubicaciones asignadas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y del cliente final.
  • Organizará y mantendrá todos los equipos y necesidades de uniformes, incluyendo autobuses de transporte, señales, cajas de llaves, tickets, conos, chaquetas, etc.
  • Preparará el presupuesto anual para asegurar un plan adecuado de generación de ingresos, asignación de personal y gastos operativos para el año fiscal.
  • Actuará como principal punto de contacto con el cliente y mantendrá el más alto nivel de satisfacción en la relación.
  • Realizará otras tareas según lo desarrollado y asignado por la gerencia de la compañía.
