As we innovate our engagement model for our expanding customer base, our Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering is designed to provide functional and technical ERP support. This role is critical to ensuring ongoing success and value for our clients using NetSuite.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients maximize their NetSuite investment and will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be an integral part of our ACS Architect Team, guiding and overseeing large-scale NetSuite implementations, providing both pre and post-go-live services focused on stability, performance, and scalability.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Identifying and documenting customer NetSuite requirements through our proprietary methodologies.
• Facilitating discussions to address gaps and drive consensus with customers.
• Utilizing strategic design decisions to formulate solution and architectural recommendations.
• Collaborating with customers to resolve high-priority challenges.
• Leading customers and partners in adopting NetSuite's best practices in designs and customized features.
• Architecting solutions to complex business requirements, which includes working with our dedicated Technical Services team on configurations, integrations, and technical components.
• Becoming a subject-matter expert and collaborating with the Product organization to ensure customers benefit from new product features.
• Defining detailed functional requirements for automations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Helping our technical team with designing and unit testing automations and integrations.
• Conducting quality reviews of deliverables from other team members.
• Continuously enhancing product knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications.

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years of work experience with at least 7 years in functional consulting and solution architecture.
• Strong experience in implementing or administering NetSuite ERP Financials, or similar competing ERP systems.
• Proven full life cycle ERP implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience developing end-to-end business process flows.
• Experience in optimizing Order to Cash processes.
• Ability to lead business and functional design workshops effectively.
• Self-directed with strong multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on technology skills with the capacity to communicate concepts at various organizational levels.
• A commitment to driving customer satisfaction.
• A relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience in implementing integration, data migration, and customization projects.
• Experience with implementation life cycle activities such as SIT, UAT, and more.
• Expertise in overseeing cutover and go-live activities, troubleshooting issues and risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership of team members with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with global or large solution integrators.
• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud architectures.
• Experience in release management or as an Agile scrum master.
• Functional certification with NetSuite or other ERP systems.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Compensation Details:

• Competitive salary range for this position in the US is $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
