Pay starting at $2500/week for an experienced Therapist

Position Overview
Locations: You decide between Marshall, MN; Hendricks, MN; Tyler, MN
Setting: Flexible - You tell us
Pay Package: Starting at $2500/week
Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour weekly guarantee
Schedule: Flexible; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in any of the following preferred: OP; IP; HH; SNF/LTC; Peds; - new grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
• Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement-related impairments.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
• Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
• Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
