Client Summary - Headquarters Air Mobility Command Surgeon General (AMC/SG) at Scott Air Force Base oversees global mobility and en route medical care for the U.S. Air Force, supporting secure medical IT systems and electronic health records. The Medical IT Network & Desktop Support Services project provides full-spectrum IT support, including program governance, cybersecurity, asset management, system engineering, and service desk operations. Additional responsibilities cover telecommunications, mobile device management, modernization initiatives, and patient safety analytics, with all positions contingent upon award and requiring U.S. citizenship and current DoD clearance eligibility.
Summary Provide help desk support for medical IT—including 24/7 EHR support—troubleshooting technical/administrative issues, tracking tickets, and escalating as needed.
Responsibilities

Triage incidents; resolve or escalate per SLAs

Document tickets thoroughly (weekly/monthly reporting)

Support account provisioning and endpoint setup
Minimum Qualifications

1–2 years in IT service desk environments

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
