Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: Perform various CT procedures including CTA, Abdomen/Pelvis, Brain, MSK, and Chest Work with GE Revolution Evo and Beijing Optima CT equipment Use Meditech documentation system Call requirements on rotation: Monday-Friday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Weekends 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Must work independently while maintaining team-oriented approach Must adapt to fast-paced environment Required to follow PAIDET standards Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, CT Certification, and State of Florida General Radiographer License Black scrubs required for dress code Work in 350-bed facility with 9-person CT department staff Day shift has 3 staff members, evening shift has 2 staff members, night shift has 1 staff member Facility: This acute care hospital is a 350-bed facility that provides comprehensive medical services to the community. The CT department operates with modern imaging equipment and maintains high standards for patient care. The facility features a collaborative work environment with a focus on quality imaging services and patient safety protocols. Location: Tamarac, FL Tamarac offers a desirable South Florida location with year-round warm weather and easy access to beaches, recreational activities, and cultural attractions.
