Degree: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5-10 years in reliability/maintenance engineering
Role: Reliability Engineer
Join an expanding chemical leader as the Lead Reliability Engineer, where you'll develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies for fixed and rotating equipment. Drive asset care improvements, lead root cause analyses, and optimize maintenance programs to enhance plant performance and equipment reliability.
Requirements:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
• 5+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering
• Experience in PSM regulated chemical plant
• Knowledge of predictive/preventive maintenance
• Extensive experience with RCM, RCA, and Six Sigma
• Proficiency with CMMS programs (JDE preferred)
• Strong mechanical integrity background
• Ability to work without sponsorship
