Are you ready to take the next step in your career with one of the leading companies in AI CRM? Salesforce is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Partner Account Director to join our A&C Business Unit Partner Account Management team. In this key strategic role, you will drive growth and innovation in collaboration with our alliance partner, TCS.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive joint strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) plan with TCS, focusing on practice development and revenue generation.
  • Aligning regional sales teams and supporting channel organizations to execute GTM plans effectively.
  • Engaging with local Salesforce Operating Units to implement partner sales plays and industry solutions.
  • Collaborating on joint solution development to enhance our service offerings in the market.
  • Managing pipeline and revenue initiatives closely aligned with TCS's objectives.
  • Conducting regular communications and meetings with TCS and Salesforce stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of the partnership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or management, especially with Global System Integrators.
  • Strong network within the industry, particularly with Salesforce knowledge.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy execution in complex environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Capable of driving measurable revenue through global strategic partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent executive presence and business development capabilities.
  • Familiarity with offering creation, marketing, and professional service KPIs.

This position has a base salary range of $210,280 to $281,260, with potential for additional incentive compensation based on role and performance.
