Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager III with a background in clinical systems interoperability and managing complex data workflows across platforms. The Senior PM will be responsible for three projects: Ophthalmology imaging integration, Inpatient Procedure pass, and integrating neuromonitoring into clinical Neocritical Care.

This Senior PM must have experience managing large, complex, multimillion-dollar IT projects for a large organization.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Creates, coordinates, and manages advanced level projects, including organization-wide system implementations or upgrades.
  • Exhibits advanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices.
  • Manages 8 to 15 project team members.
  • Takes on leadership opportunities within the PMO.
  • Acts as a mentor to new PMs and/or PM Is or IIs.
  • Is a champion for PMO project management methodology.

Required Skills:
  • Eight (8) years of experience as an IT Project Manager with increasing responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, Master's degree is preferred.
  • Active PMP certification (PMI) is preferred.
  • Epic experience is required.
  • Strong background in clinical systems interoperability and managing complex data workflows across platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, bridging communication between clinicians, IT specialists, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of data governance, regulatory compliance, and patient safety standards in critical care environments.
  • Hospital project experience preferred.
  • Experience with call or contact centers required.
  • Proficient in creating detailed documentation for complex projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written communication, with project staff, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent advanced-level projects.
  • Ability to be a trusted business partner to project sponsors and stakeholders.
