Insight Veterinary Wellness Center | El Dorado Hills, CA | Full-time
Are you passionate about supporting pets, their families, and a dedicated veterinary team? Join our team at Insight Veterinary Wellness Center, a hybrid hospital providing both Emergency and Primary Care services. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our patients, clients, and clinical team.
Schedule
- Friday - Sunday 7am-8pm (3x12 shifts)
- Greet and support clients in-person and by phone with empathy and professionalism
- Triage incoming appointments and schedule accordingly
- Manage check-in/check-out and payment collection
- Provide education to clients about our hospital services and offerings
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and medical teams
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
- Prior veterinary experience preferred, but not essential
- Strong initiative, detail orientation, and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communicator with compassion for pets and people
- Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus
- Able to work independently
- Salary range: $20-$22 per hour + $2 extra/hour weekend differential
- Supportive, close-knit culture with opportunities for learning and growth
- Team: 8 DVMs, 6 RVTs, 29 support staff
- Facilities: 2 ORs, dental suite, radiology, ultrasound, PRP, Cellfie, in-house lab, Ligasure & cautery
