Assembler I
Join our team as an Assembler I, where you will perform essential assembly and sub-assembly tasks with a focus on quality and safety.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing for assembly by studying instructions, specifications, and gathering necessary parts and tools.
- Positioning parts accurately and examining connections for correct fit.
- Fastening components effectively and assisting in building prototypes or basic assembly projects as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company regulations.
- Using equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve production goals.
- Training team members on basic assembly tasks as required.
- Conducting inspections to ensure quality standards prior to passing on work.
- Documenting actions by completing necessary production and quality forms.
We Are Seeking Candidates Who:
- Have a High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
- Possess 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Can safely use small hand and power tools.
- Can read and interpret drawings and bills of material.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Can read and understand instructions in English.
Physical Demands:
- This role requires a Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level.
- You may lift up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance and 40 pounds frequently.
- Continuous standing and walking, with frequent bending and lifting.
- Gripping and manipulating tools on a continual basis.
