Responsibilities

  • Deliver a fantastic Guest experience.
  • Set an example and hold Team Members accountable for operational and quality standards.
  • Approach challenges with a self-reflective mindset, recognizing the importance of accountability and transparency.
  • Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
  • Inspire Team Members to embrace restaurant initiatives and champion positive change.
  • Lead with both passion and analytical thinking.
  • Drive successful business outcomes by efficiently controlling costs and utilizing Chili's systems.
  • Adhere to operational procedures, utilizing our Manager Timeline and performing quality checks.
  • Recruit, train, and nurture Team Members, preparing them for greater responsibilities.
  • Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and cultivate relationships within the community.
  • Maintain a commitment to safe food handling practices.
  • Embody Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
