Service Advisor / Retail Sales Professional

Ashland, OH

This is NOT an hourly customer service job.
If you’ve succeeded in commission-based retail and want a real shot at $100,000+ income, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Greet customers and guide them through service decisions

  • Recommend maintenance and repair based on need, not pressure

  • Write service tickets clearly and confidently

  • Build trust, explain value, and close approved work

  • Communicate between customer, technicians, and parts

  • Manage follow-up and warranty work correctly

If you’ve sold phones, furniture, mattresses, appliances, cars, or services — you already have the core skill set.
