Position Highlights:
- Clinic Location: Rialto, CA
- Focus: Outpatient Primary Care, including office visits, annual check-ups, follow-ups, and in-office procedures.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; 40/20 minute time allotment for consults and follow-ups.
- Patient Load: Average of 20 patients per day.
- Patient Demographics: Comfortable seeing patients from pediatric to geriatric age groups; proficiency in general in-office procedures.
- Support Staff: Medical Assistant to assist with patient rooming, vital signs, medication refills, and follow-up appointments.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Completion of 2+ years of residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds prior to the start date.
- Postgraduate Training License or Unrestricted California State Medical License required prior to employment.
- Current paid-status DEA certificate mandatory before starting.
- Current ACLS certification required prior to employment.
- Current PALS certification required (if applicable) before the start date.
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, which includes base pay and bonuses, depending on multiple factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to your salary, you will find a robust benefits package and various incentives and recognition programs.
