- Complete service requests and prepare vacant units for move-in
- Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more
- Assist with the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Respond to after-hours calls as needed
- Maintain tools, supplies, and follow OSHA/EPA safety standards
- Deliver excellent service to residents and support a safe, welcoming community
- 5+ years maintenance experience (multifamily strongly preferred)
- HVAC experience required; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool maintenance (CPO a plus)
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to work outdoors, walk property regularly, and interact professionally with residents and vendors
