We are a well-established medical practice seeking dedicated physicians to join our team focused on evaluating patients with swallowing disorders. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions, and welcome physicians of varying experience levels to apply. During your training period, you will receive compensation.
As part of a network with sister practices in several states, our practice has grown significantly. With monthly patient volumes around 2300 and a support team of 70, which includes physicians, speech language pathologists, and support staff, we are committed to providing quality care.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive annual income ranging from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, based on patient volume, for working 4 to 5 days a week.

- No weekend or night call obligations.
- Malpractice insurance coverage, including tail coverage, is provided by the practice.
- Our track record includes over 400,000 evaluations in 19 years without any malpractice inquiries or actions.
At Midwest Dysphagia Consultants, our mission is to deliver expert dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies for patients experiencing swallowing difficulties. These consultations are carried out using a mobile unit that serves various facilities, private practices, and homebound patients. Our office staff efficiently routes requests for swallowing studies, achieving a 95% scheduling success rate within 24 to 72 hours, and we aim to have our team home by 4:00 to 5:00 PM daily.
