At Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS), we're looking for the right Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Nurse Manager to join our nursing leadership team. This role is unique: you'll split your time between on-the-floor nursing shifts and administrative leadership days in both our Buzzards Bay and Dennis hospitals. This will allow you to have a hands-on clinical connection while also making a bigger impact on the future of emergency nursing for two emergency departments

What You'll Do
- Lead across two hospitals: Support and guide ECC nursing teams in both our Buzzards Bay and Dennis locations.
- Shape the future: Help prepare our teams and systems for the upcoming hospital expansion.
- Mentor & grow: Develop technicians' skills and confidence, creating future leaders within ECC.
- Balance care & leadership: Split your role between clinical shifts and administrative responsibilities.
- Drive progress: Work closely with fellow nurse managers, specialists, and hospital leadership to keep CCVS at the forefront of emergency and critical care.
- Credentials: CVT, RVT, or LVT preferred (or equivalent ECC experience).
- Experience: 4+ years in emergency and critical care nursing.
- Leadership mindset: A natural coach who thrives on problem-solving, teamwork, and guiding others.
