ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for developing custom applications, and significant experience in ServiceNow development. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, specifically focusing on custom application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.

  • Implement technical development tasks using ServiceNow Flow Designer, business rules, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enhance the functionality and security of applications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

  • Utilize AngularJS and other relevant technologies to integrate and enhance ServiceNow functionalities.

  • Ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow applications through rigorous testing and debugging.

  • Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance to optimize workflows and processes.

  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on custom application development.

  • Proficient in Angular JavaScript for creating dynamic and responsive applications.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
