This role features an activity-based pay plan designed to reward safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

Key Details:

  • Pay rate: $0.64-$0.69 per mile
  • Detention pay: $20-25 per hour
  • Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
  • Live load/unload: $65 per stop
  • Hazmat loads: $25 per load
  • Reefer and Cross-town work: $30 per load
  • Driver assist: $25 per load
  • Empty moves: $30 per load
  • Crosstown moves: $25-60 per load
  • Mechanical breakdown: $20 per hour
  • Rail delays: $20 per hour
  • Layover pay: $20 per hour
  • Refused delivery: $40
  • Yard pay: $20 per hour
  • Trainer pay: $125 per day
  • Holiday pay: $190 per day

Drivers in this position have averaged annualized earnings of $86,000 over the past six to twelve months. Enjoy weekly home time with the majority of freight being no touch. Take advantage of paid online orientation and supportive onsite management.
