Caregiver and Med Tech Positions at Grand Villa of Delray Beach

Grand Villa of Delray Beach is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Caregivers and Med Technicians who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. If you are passionate about providing exceptional support and are available to work morning and afternoon shifts, including every other weekend, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety and compliance protocols

- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Document care provided accurately and timely

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or med tech roles preferred

- Certification as a Med Tech or relevant healthcare training is a plus

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, including every other weekend

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
