Pay Range: $105 - $115/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using mixed methods, including qualitative interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and quantitative analysis.
  • Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product direction and design decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define research goals, align on success metrics, and ensure insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for user needs by synthesizing findings into compelling narratives, presentations, and artifacts for diverse stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-UX Research, Consumer Hardware and Mixed Method Research
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience conducting UX research for consumer hardware, mobile, or platform products.
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
