POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing end users of business computing systems technical support for hardware and software utilization. In addition, this position will source, procure, and deploy computing assets according to business requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 3 years previous experience working in a technical support, help desk, or IT support position required.
* Desktop and laptop imaging experience is a required.
* Proven ability to install, upgrade, repair, move, and replace desktops, laptops and peripherals required.
* Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, systems, and network issues required.
* Experience supporting an Active Directory/Group Policy or MECM/Intune environment required.
* Proficient in Microsoft desktop operating systems and MS Office suite required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Demonstrate strong internal customer service skills in the context of problem resolution for end users.
* Provide basic (Tier 1) and advanced (Tier 2) technical support to end users, as appropriate.
* Support other members of the team and impart knowledge to allow the entire team to grow.
* Administer OS and Applications on designated servers.
* Facilitate problem resolution through compliance with established issue reporting and escalation procedures.
* Ensure accuracy of computing asset inventory.
* Keeps technical skills current and relevant through use of provided training and development opportunities.
* Support the goals and services level objectives of the IS department, as well as those of the other technical teams.
* Ensure the Bank's computing systems meet business and regulatory requirements for availability, data security, and performance.
* Comply with established Change Control policies and procedures.
* Provide leadership in the planning and execution of business technology initiatives.
* Provides periodic "on call" after-hours or weekend support.
* Support the disaster recovery and business continuity planning programs.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
* Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank's values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization.
* Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, and distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required including occasional out of town travel.
* Flexible work schedule may include some evenings, weekends and/or overtime.
* Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
