Regional Van Truckload Driver

Average pay: $1,020-$1,240 weekly

Home time: Every three weeks

Experience: All CDL holders

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
  • Performance-based weekly pay adjustments.
  • Potential for a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles and performance goals.
  • Attractive sign-on bonuses: $3,000 for experienced drivers, $1,500 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 months.
  • Paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of paid holidays each year.
  • Annual bonus potential: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • HazMat endorsement preferred.
  • Possession of a passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL may open more opportunities.
