Tibco Technical Architect

Location: Dallas TX - (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract 12+ Months

Responsibilities:
  • A Tibco Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions using the Tibco suite of products.
  • The role involves understanding business requirements, creating system architectures, developing integration solutions, and overseeing the development process.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks and other Tibco products.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and software developers, to ensure that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, including code reviews and mentoring.
  • Assist with the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Ensure that all solutions are designed and implemented following best practices and standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Tibco ecosystem.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tibco Technical Architect or in a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of Tibco Business Works and other Tibco products.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Great leadership and team management abilities. 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
