Job Overview:

Are you an energetic and positive automotive technician looking for a rewarding and supportive environment? Join us as an Automotive Repair Specialist, where you will tackle exciting challenges and help our guests with their vehicle needs while enjoying weekends off

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Utilizing your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently for our guests.
  • Gaining experience as you work on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Performing thorough courtesy vehicle inspections with accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborating with a team to quickly resolve guest concerns.
  • Promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.
  • Communicating effectively with the service department regarding any issues.
  • Working together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A positive outlook and a genuine desire to serve guests.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are a plus or a plan to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Strong drive to meet or exceed productivity goals.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • A commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift/move items over 100 pounds.
  • Capable of working with tools while standing or reaching overhead.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
  • Good manual dexterity for using hand tools effectively.
  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is beneficial.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer for diagnostic tools and record-keeping.
