One of my clients is currently seeking a night warehouse supervisor for their facility located in Florida. They are seeking a skilled and motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our large, automated distribution center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about logistics and team performance.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightly warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in a high-volume setting
  • Supervise and support a team of warehouse associates and technicians
  • Monitor automated systems and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
  • Familiarity with automated systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and RF scanning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage overnight operations
