Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Naperville, IL. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling payroll packages and performing various fulfillment-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients. This role involves maintaining high-quality standards, following strict security procedures, and adhering to production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble payroll packages for delivery per client number.
  • Prepare and organize payroll packages to meet quality and production timeline expectations.
  • Complete package confirmations and checklists to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location.
  • Comply with all security and audit procedures as required to protect client information.
  • Record and escalate issues to appropriate parties to ensure output is not missing or incorrect.
  • Maintain readiness of all distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and user maintenance.
  • Stage packaging supplies as needed to ensure production readiness.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality or integrity of packages.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as necessary.
