Senior Python Developer

We are seeking two highly skilled Senior Python Developers with proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to support our client HPE on an end-client project with Telecommunication. The ideal candidates will have strong Python programming experience, deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, and hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI models into enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications focused on GenAI solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to architect and implement AI-driven features and solutions.
- Develop and fine-tune GenAI models leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning tools into production systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams to optimize deployment and model performance.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation for all deliverables.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI, ML, and especially Generative AI technologies.
- Experience working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proficiency in API integration, prompt engineering, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases (e.g., Faiss, Pinecone, Chroma), or OpenAI API.
- Prior experience in telecom or enterprise-scale data environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
