As Studio Manager (SM), you’ll be the heartbeat of your studio, leading a dynamic team, driving membership growth, and creating a space where members feel empowered and inspired. You'll lead a team of Sales Associates who live out the values of BODYBAR, support the Studio sales goals & create a welcoming environment for all.

The Role:
The Studio Manager leads all aspects of studio operations with a focus on sales performance, team leadership, and member experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s as comfortable leading a team as they are chatting with members post-class.
Key Responsibilities:
Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBAR’s proven membership sales system
Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies
Self-generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns
Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing front desk team
Maintain the studio’s vibe: clean, organized, on-brand, and full of good energy
Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies
Cultivate community in and out of class—be the face of BODYBAR in your city
Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, specifically membership sales
Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover? Even better)
Confident & professional communicator—in-person, phone, email, or DMs
Super organized and deadline-driven
High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player
Comfortable with client management software and tech tools
