Inventory Analyst Job Location: Benicia, California Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6am-2:30pm Description of Position: Do you have experience as an Inventory Analyst and enjoy working in a dynamic warehouse environment? Our client is seeking an Inventory Analyst whose primary focus will be managing physical inventory for raw materials, components, and finished goods. This includes daily cycle counts, quarterly and annual physical inventories, and supporting shop floor transactions within the ERP system. This role also assists with material preparation for production. Job Responsibilities: Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy while improve inventory procedures and reconciliation processes Perform daily cycle counts and enter quantity adjustments into the ERP system; provide frequency and variance analysis and identify root causes Receive raw materials, verify against purchase orders, document discrepancies, and communicate issues to Purchasing and Operations Manage Kanban processes, including requisitions for Kanban items and shop supplies Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts to move materials Description of Company: Join our client's esteemed millwork shop in Benicia, California, where we prioritize quality and safety in everything we do.
