Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OCI Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical domain to lead an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing OCI projects, especially migrations from E-Business Suite (EBS) to OCI, and will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and traveling to Atlanta, GA for key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration projects, with a focus on pharmaceutical business needs.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor migration activities from EBS to OCI.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Conduct milestone reviews and attend on-site meetings in Atlanta as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage change requests, resource allocation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in migration from EBS to OCI.
  • Strong knowledge of OCI services, architecture, and best practices.
  • Prior experience working with pharmaceutical companies or pharma-related projects.
  • Excellent project management skills with tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to Atlanta, GA for milestone meetings (client will cover travel costs).
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or other project management certifications.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion Applications, or related Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma or life sciences.
