Job Description:

Devops : Shield Lead
• Full Stack Development (Spring Boot, FastAPI, React/Angular or similar)
• Python, Shell scripting
• API development and integration (RESTful APIs)
• AWS EKS (Kubernetes), AWS Cloud Services
• Ansible (automation/configuration management)
• GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
• MongoDB (Arsenal DB or similar NoSQL)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
Must Have skills:
• Strong experience in Python and Shell scripting for automation
• Full stack development with Spring Boot and FastAPI
• Hands-on with AWS EKS and containerized deployments
• CI/CD pipeline creation and management (preferably GitLab)
• Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation
• MongoDB (or Arsenal DB) for backend data management
• AWS, Ansible, Linux, Scripting (Shell, Ansible)
• AWS Services such as Lambda, Cloud watch , S3
Preferred Good to have Skills:
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and application development
• Experience with additional cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
• Kafka, Python, Web servers basic, APIs, YAML, Third party cert Management
• Understanding of Solaris/Windows server ecosystem
• Working knowledge of MQ tools (Any of IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Basic understanding of Kafka, MQ, Java applications and related middleware environments.

Do

• Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications
  • Plan and Execute the DevOps pipeline that supports the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain - from planning, coding and building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring
  • Manage the IT infrastructure as per the requirement of the supported software code
  • On-board an application on the DevOps tool and configure it as per the clients need
  • Create user access workflows and provide user access as per the defined process
  • Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per the customization suggested by the client
  • Collaborate with development staff to tackle the coding and scripting needed to connect elements of the code that are required to run the software release with operating systems and production infrastructure
  • Leverage and use tools to automate testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment
• Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools
  • Timely support internal & external customers on multiple platforms
  • Resolution of the tickets raised on these tools to be addressed & resolved within a specified TAT
  • Ensure adequate resolution with customer satisfaction
  • Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isn't resolved
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical/ repeatable issues

Mandatory Skills: DevOps.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
