Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator for a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. This is a temporary, on-site role in Austin, TX, with an anticipated duration of 3-6 months.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide critical operational support to a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting function during a period of growth. This role is responsible for keeping candidates, calendars, and hiring teams aligned while ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to ramp quickly in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site interviews across multiple teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to keep searches on track and moving forward
  • Support job postings, job board activity, and light sourcing for junior-level roles
  • Assist with offer coordination, pre-hire logistics, and recruiting process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong scheduling, calendar management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with consistent follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with HR, recruiters, and hiring managers


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a contract position offering $25-$27 per hour. This role is on-site in Austin, TX, and candidates are eligible for benefits through Scion Staffing.
