Job Overview:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for passionate and ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in the events management industry

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
  • Help with logistical arrangements such as venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Support the team in managing event budgets and expense tracking.
  • Contribute to the design and development of event marketing materials and invitations.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and timely execution.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
  • A passion for events, hospitality, and customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
