About Our Client

This role is with a well-established organization in the food & beverage manufacturing industry.

Job Description
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring partners.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and labor market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality applicants.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
  • A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in the business services industry is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform hiring strategies.
  • Ability to commute fully onsite into Newark, NJ -- NO RELOCATION.
