A full-time Medical Clinic Director opportunity is available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician. This role is located near Madison, CT, and offers a fulfilling career in primary care within an academic and teaching environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical care in a primary care outpatient setting. Precept and mentor medical trainees, including residents and medical students. Collaborate with specialists and clinical faculty to enhance the multi-disciplinary learning experience. Participate in curriculum development for the residency program. Contribute to medical education, faculty development, and research initiatives. Provide leadership and promote well-being for faculty and staff.
