Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a Senior Program Manager to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge physical security systems for our new construction and expansion projects worldwide. This vital position ensures that each OCI facility adheres to the highest security standards by seamlessly integrating security design into construction and commissioning processes.
Responsibilities
As a key player in our organization, your responsibilities will include:

New Build & Expansion Security: Lead the comprehensive security program for global construction projects, focusing on risk mitigation and complete security integration from initial concept to operational handover.

Global Security Design Standards: Promote the definition, maintenance, and uniform application of OCI's physical security standards across various regions and facility types.

Threat Modeling: Design and implement risk-based threat models based on site tiers and workload criticality, tailoring physical security countermeasures accordingly.

Construction Security Integration: Work in tandem with Real Estate & Development (RE&D), engineering, and construction teams to ensure effective and compliant security system integration throughout all project phases.

Commissioning, Acceptance & Turn-up Readiness: Supervise security commissioning, testing, and acceptance processes to guarantee readiness for operational transition and flawless turn-up.

Program Leadership: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, external vendors, and contractors, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.

Executive Reporting: Create high-level documentation and briefs for leadership regarding program status, risks, and readiness metrics.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's or industry certification is a plus).

At least 8 years of experience in program or project management within large-scale construction, physical security, or data center environments.

Proven expertise in physical security design, construction, and systems integration in a global, cross-functional environment.

Experience in developing and implementing security standards and risk/threat models for critical infrastructure projects.

A strong background in the commissioning and operational handover of technical security systems.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and effective communication with executive stakeholders.

Outstanding organizational, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical groups in a global matrixed organization.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Oracle’s US hiring range for this position is from $90,100 to $199,500 annually, potentially eligible for bonuses and equity packages.
